Welcome to Kravn' ("we," "us," or "our"). We operate the Kravn' mobile application (the "App") and website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App or Site. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Account registration details (name, email address, password)
• Profile information such as protein goals (optional)
• Communications you send us via contact forms or email

Information collected automatically:

• Device information (device type, operating system, unique device identifiers)
• Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date)
• Location data (only when you grant permission, to show nearby restaurants)
• Usage data (features used, items viewed, search queries)
• Crash reports and performance data

Information from third parties:

• If you sign in using Apple ID or Google, we receive your name and email from those providers
• Restaurant menu and pricing data from public sources and restaurant partners

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• Personalize your experience (e.g., showing nearby restaurants, remembering saved items)
• Process your account registration and manage your profile
• Send technical notices, updates, and support messages
• Send promotional communications (only with your consent; opt out anytime)
• Monitor and analyze usage to improve the App
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or fraudulent activity
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Location Data

Kravn' uses your device location to show protein rankings at restaurants near you. Location access is optional — you can use the App without it by searching for restaurants manually. We do not store precise location history. Location data is used in real-time only and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. You can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Vendors who assist in operating the App (hosting, analytics, crash reporting). These providers are contractually bound to keep your information confidential.
• Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
• With your consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting privacy@kravnapp.com. We will respond within 30 days and delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

Kravn' is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, know whether it is sold or disclosed and to whom, opt out of the sale of personal information, access your personal information, and receive equal service regardless of whether you exercise your privacy rights. 10. International Users

Kravn' is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the US, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the US. By using our App, you consent to this transfer. We take appropriate steps to ensure adequate protection of your information in accordance with applicable law.

11. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Third-Party Services

Our App may integrate third-party services such as Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing your information to them.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, via in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
