1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Kravn' mobile application ("App") or visiting our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

2. Description of Service

Kravn' is a mobile application and web service that provides nutritional and pricing information for menu items at fast food restaurants, ranked by protein-to-dollar ratio. Kravn' is an informational guide only and is not a medical, dietary, or nutritional counseling service.

3. Accuracy and Reliability of Data — Important Disclaimer

All nutritional information, protein values, and prices displayed in Kravn' are provided as a general guide only. This data may be outdated, incomplete, user-generated, or otherwise inaccurate. Values vary by restaurant location, preparation method, seasonal menu changes, and local pricing. Kravn' makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or reliability of any data in the App or Site. You use this information entirely at your own risk. Kravn' accepts no responsibility or liability for any decisions, actions, or consequences arising from your reliance on data provided through the App or Site. Always verify nutritional and pricing information directly with the restaurant before making any health-related or financial decisions.

By using Kravn', you acknowledge and agree that:

Data in the App is for general guidance purposes only and should not be relied upon as accurate or current
Nutritional values and prices may differ significantly from what you actually receive at a restaurant
Some data may be user-generated or sourced from third parties and may not have been independently verified
Kravn' is not responsible for any health, dietary, financial, or other outcomes resulting from use of the App
You are solely responsible for verifying information before acting on it

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

5. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App or Site to violate any applicable law, attempt unauthorized access to any system, reverse engineer or scrape the App, interfere with its performance, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, Site, and all content are the exclusive property of Kravn' and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Apple App Store Additional Terms

These Terms are between you and Kravn' only, not Apple Inc.
Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the App.
In the event of any App failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Google Play Additional Terms

If you download the App from Google Play, Google LLC is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms to the extent required by the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.

10. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Kravn' may offer optional in-app purchases or premium subscription tiers processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store's refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY DATA, CONTENT, OR INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE APP. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KRAVN' AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR RELIANCE ON, THE APP OR SITE OR ANY DATA CONTAINED THEREIN. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ARISING FROM INACCURATE OR OUTDATED NUTRITIONAL OR PRICING INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kravn' and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your reliance on any data provided through the App.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. YOU AND KRAVN' EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION PROCEEDINGS.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
