By downloading, installing, or using the Kravn' mobile application ("App") or visiting our website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App or Site.
Kravn' is a mobile application and web service that provides nutritional information — specifically protein content and estimated price data — for menu items at fast food restaurants. The App allows users to compare protein-to-dollar ratios to make more informed nutritional choices. Kravn' is an informational tool only and is not a medical, dietary, or nutritional counseling service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

We make no warranty that this information is accurate, complete, current, or reflective of your specific local restaurant's menu or prices. Menu items and prices vary by location and may change without notice.
Kravn' is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet.
The App, Site, and all content — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Kravn' and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.

If you download the App from Google Play, Google LLC is a third-party beneficiary to these Terms to the extent required by the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement.
Kravn' may offer optional in-app purchases or premium subscription tiers. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store's refund policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
THE APP AND SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KRAVN' AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP OR SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kravn' and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. YOU AND KRAVN' EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION PROCEEDINGS.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
